CCDCommander
|
CCDCommander will control your CCD camera exposures, your mount movement,
and your focuser to completely automate your night's imaging. CCDCommander allows unlimited combinations
of these different actions to give you full control of your telescope and camera. The simple to use Graphical
User Interface makes these complex configurations very easy to setup. CCDCommander is available here.

CCDInspector
|
CCDInspector works with your camera acquisition software to allow real-time evaluation of
images to determine collimation, camera tilt and focus. Make collimation adjustments with your
CCD camera to
an accuracy not available with eyepieces or manual collimation aids. CCDInspector also quickly select the best frames of
a batch by measuring the quality of each of the images. CCDInspector is designed to work seamlessly with CCDSoft and MaxIm DL
and other CCD camera control programs to provide Real-Time Monitoring of Focus, Guiding and Seeing.
CCDInspector is available here.

CCDSoft
|
CCDSoft Image Processing and Camera Control Software provides control for CCD
cameras, and performs image processing, data reduction, and scripted data acquisition. CCDSoft is available
here.

CCDStack
|
CCDStack was built from the ground up to simplify the image processing workflow
while employing next generation technologies to improve the quality of your images. From calibration to LRGB color
composites, CCDStack provides all the tools you need process you astronomical data into outstanding images.
CCDStack is a native 32-bit processing application that utilizes a powerful image manager to place all you images in a stack. Once your images are loaded up in this stack, processing can be performed on your images as one group of data. This allows for new, advanced image processing techniques not before available in commercial software. CCDStack is available here. |
FocusMax
|
FocusMax is a freeware program written by Larry Weber and Steve Brady for use with
commercial telescope focusing devices used by amateur astronomers. FocusMax software uses a new auto focus
algorithm that they developed specifically for amateur astronomers.

Pinpoint Astrometric Engine
|
a programmable engine that provides sensitive, robust, high-speed research-grade
astrometric image processing for FITS files from any camera. I use Pinpoint to "Plate Solve" my images to
determine exactly where the telescope is pointing. Once the exact pointing coordinates are determined, the
telescope mount can automatically center an object in the telescope while imaging. Pinpoint is available here..
